These beauty hacks pertain to all areas of our lives. Balance is needed in everything we do.
Food For Skin. We Are What We Eat!
It is a well-known fact that antioxidants help fight free radicals that cause damage to our skin. Eating a lot of vegetables and fruits, together with superfoods is what your skin will thank you for.
It is also good to add vitamin C to your diet, if you don’t live in an area where you can consume fresh fruits and vegetables all year long. Nutritional value of fruits and vegetables imported from other parts of the world and sold in supermarkets is not sufficient.
But if you don’t want to take supplements and always go only for that what’s provided by the nature, you can eat sauerkraut. The vitamin C content in sauerkraut is very high.
Collagen is an essential protein that keeps our skin plump and elastic if we have enough of it. As we age, collagen is depleted and our skin starts sagging, loses elasticity and creases. Adding collagen to our diet can help improve fine lines, wrinkles and skin hydration. As a result, we have a younger, brighter skin.

The best way to do your makeup is to look natural as if you had almost no makeup on. I’ve heard it once when I was a teenager and since that time it has always been my goal. Although I do my makeup every morning, I strive to look natural. Eye shadows in earth tones, lipstick in a shade that is similar to the natural lip colour children have. Something between cherry and wine.
